Ladies Who Lead (LWL) hosts exclusive, high-trust leadership evenings in Delhi NCR ahead of International Women’s Day 2026. Featuring influential figures like Aabha Bakaya, Raseel Gujral Ansal, and Anjali Anand, these elite gatherings foster peer learning and authentic networking for India’s premier community of over 1,500 women professionals across 50+ diverse industries.
The circuit of elite events featured a prominent hosting at Chaand Bagh, the personal residence of celebrated designer Raseel Gujral Ansal, where the curated setting catalyzed open dialogue among accomplished women from varied professional landscapes. This specific gathering was marked by the participation of distinguished figures, including wildlife photographer and conservationist Latika Nath; Roshini Jaiswal, Founder and CEO of Swanrose Inc; Mandira Wirk, Creative Director of Mandira Wirk; Vartika Malhotra, CEO of TMT Law Practice; and Puja Malhotra, Vice President – Sourcing at Gap Inc. India Pvt Ltd.
Aabha Bakaya, Founder of Ladies Who Lead, underscored the organizational mandate, stating that the platform remains committed to curating meaningful, high-trust spaces where women can engage in honest dialogue and learn from collective journeys.
